Let's go to a Speak Easy in downtown, unless like me you met somebody that told you about it you would never find this place! Here is what you need to do...

Instructions

Location: 548 fifth ave (just South of Market). Find the door marked"Law Office" and ring the doorbell.
Dress code: Please dress nicely. No shorts, sandals, baseball caps,baggy clothing, torn jeans, etc. For men, collared shirts are highlyrecommended.

Password: Your password is GAMBLING MAN.

The place is underneath Nikki Rottens and the entrance is between it and the field. I found that amusing, kind of ironic to have a speak easy underneath a gangster bar. Anyway, look forward to first rate cocktails and live jazz music - a warning, this place can get really, I mean really busy. If it gets too crazy we can retreat upstairs.

Payment

So, here is the deal, we will need to reserve a booth, it's $200 (+tip) for 8 people and includes 2 drinks, this meetup won't be the cheapest event i have ever hosted but it does promise to be a memorable evening! It also happens to be my birthday this weekend so what the hell, I am worth it

To start off I am limiting this to 8 attendees, if I get a lot more interest I will add more tables as and when needed. I am going to collect the money up front and bring it to the event to make it easier on everyone and so if someone can't make it they don't end up screwing over the other attendees. If we don't get 8 people I will cancel so as to not make this event more prohibitively expensive and will of course refund the people who have RSVP'd

Parking
You can get 3 hours free at Horten Plaza, or street parking is free if you can find it ...
