If you'd like to attend the Carlsbad Marathon's Health and Fitness Expo which is open to the public, you should also add your RSVP.

The last time I ran this was in 2000 and I only did the half. I can't wait to do the full marathon. This is a much challenging race course than the Rock N Roll Marathon. There are more inclines and less time is given to finish .... just 6 hours! But it's no fun if it's easy
The course is very scenic and just about as many water stations as the Rock N Roll Marathon.
It's like the Rock N Roll Marathon sans the live bands.

All can attend the health and fitness expo, runners and non-runners alike. I plan to be there on Friday, Jan. 22nd at 2 p.m. to pick up my race bib. You are welcome to join me.
